Bills Reach Agreement With Kawika Mitchell
The Buffalo Bills admitted to the Democrat and Chronicle on Friday afternoon that they have reached a verbal agreement with Giants' linebacker Kawika Mitchell.
He is expected to sign a deal with the Bills by the end of the day.
Cowboys Re-Sign Adams, Tender Barber
The Dallas Cowboys have re-signed left tackle Flozell Adams to a multi-year deal, according to a team official.
The deal, signed on Thursday, is worth $42 million over six years. "I'm just really happy to be here," Adams told the team's Web site.
The team also put tenders on their three restricted free agents: RB Marion Barber, DE Chris Canty, and G Joe Berger.
Report: Anderson To Stay In Cleveland
Derek Anderson has reportedly agreed to terms on a multi-year deal with the Cleveland Browns, a source close to the negotiations told the Associated Press.
The contract hasn't been finalized but Anderson is all but off the market just a few hours after the NFL's free agent season began.
Report: DL Kelly Re-Signs With Oakland For More Than $50M
The Raiders resigned defensive lineman Tommy Kelly on Thursday to a seven-year deal that reportedly could be worth more than $50M, according to the Associated Press.
Kelly, coming off reconstructive knee surgery, was set to become an unrestricted free agent on Friday. But the Raiders pre-empted that with a lucrative contract which guarantees Kelly more than $18M.
WR Davis Signs Deal To Stay With Houston
Andre Davis signed a deal to remain with the Houston Texans on Thursday just a day before he would have hit the free agent market, according to ESPN.com.
He agreed to a four-year deal worth $16 million, which will pay him $8 million in guaranteed money.
He is the second receiver to take himself off the market after Justin Gage re-signed with the Titans on Wednesday.
Lions Sign Safety Dwight Smith To Deal
The Detroit Lions have signed veteran safety Dwight Smith to a two-year contract, according to ESPN.com.
Smith, who was released by the Vikings last week, will make $5 million over the life of the deal.
Report: Coughlin Gets $21M Extension
The Giants and Tom Coughlin have reportedly agreed to terms on a four-year contract extension that will pay him $21 million, according to ESPN.com.

Titans Agree To Terms With WR Gage
The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms on a multi-year contract with wide receiver Justin Gage, who was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on February 29.
"Justin is a player who made the most of an opportunity, and we expect him to be a significant contributor to our offensive success," said Titans' General Manager Mike Reinfeldt. "He can play outside or inside, has the ability to make tough catches, and should continue to grow as a receiver as he and Vince play together more."
Panthers Reach Agreement With Muhammad
Free agent wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad reached an agreement with the Carolina Panthers on Wednesday, according to ESPN.
Muhammad played for Carolina between 1996 and 2004 before going to Chicago.
The Panthers also released David Carr on Wednesday.
Copper Signs New Deal With Saints
Wide receiver Terrance Copper has signed a new deal with the New Orleans Saints, according to the Washington Daily News.
The deal is reportedly worth $2.75 million over two years.
"It was a good deal," Copper told the Daily News. "With the numbers I put up last year, seeing how I didn?t have too many catches, I thought it was a great deal."
